You get it in writing before any work starts. If it's something small and you OK it on the spot, we can take care of it while we're there. If a repair will hold, I tell you. If it won't, I tell you that too.

A hands-on look finds the most, so that's how we start. If a roof is too steep, too high, or too fragile to walk, I use the drone so we can still see what's going on. I'm an FAA-licensed drone pilot.
